Pete consults with multinationals in HR strategy, HR assessment and service delivery design, corporate restructuring, and HR transformation. Melissa Videtto
, Director of Human Resources for UBS AG, is a member of the UBS Business University on the Leadership & Talent faculty team. She is the Global lead and Americas Program Manager for the Experienced Talent Program, a global, cross-divisional talent program for UBS's Executive Director Key Talent. She has been at UBS for 9 years with a primary focus on developing and managing various talent development programs from graduate level up through Managing Director. She received her Six Sigma Green Belt certification by redesigning the UBS Graduate On-boarding process in 2008.
