 Ed Boswell is president and chief executive officer of Forum. Ed is co-author of Strategic Speed: Mobilize People. Accelerate Execution. A recognized leader in the field of performance improvement, he often speaks at industry conferences and is quoted in the press on issues relating to leadership and organizational performance. Prior to joining Forum, Ed led sales and service teams for IBM and served as an organizational consultant for Human Systems. Ed earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, he earned a Master's and a PhD in psychology, as well as The Wharton School Certificate in business administration, from the University of Pennsylvania.

Jocelyn Davis leads Forum's global research and development function.
