Laszlo Bock is an advisor and best-selling author. He partners with founders and leadership teams of organizations experiencing hyper-growth on how to scale, lead, and build amazing cultures. Insights from Inside Google to Transform How You Live and Lead, has been published in more than 20 languages and garnered numerous “book of the year” honors.

From 2006 to 2016, Laszlo was Senior Vice President of People Operations and a member of Google’s management team. Over that decade, he partnered closely with Google’s three CEOs – Eric Schmidt, Larry Page, and Sundar Pichai – growing the company from ~6,000 to ~75,000 employees and ensuring the firm’s culture remained innovative and robust. He was responsible for setting the agenda and management of the Leadership Development and Compensation Committee, working with John Doerr, Ram Shriram, and Paul Otellini.

During his tenure, Google was recognized over 150 times around the world as an exceptional employer, including being named the #1 Best Company to Work for in the United States seven times and every year since 2012; the most desirable employer for undergraduates, college graduates, and MBAs in numerous countries; the #1 Top Diversity Employer overall; the best company for women in technology; and honors such as a perfect score from The Human Rights Campaign and Corporation of the Year from The United Negro College Fund. Laszlo is a fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources. He currently serves on the Aspen Institute’s National Commission for Social, Emotional, and Academic Learning.

Josh is a frequent speaker at industry events and has been quoted on talent management topics in key media, including Harvard Business Review, The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, The Financial Times, BBC Radio, CBS Radio and National Public Radio. He is a popular blogger for Forbes.com, a leading LinkedIn influencer, and has been a columnist since 2007 for Chief Learning Officer magazine. Josh spent 25 years in product development, product management, marketing and sales of e-learning and other enterprise technologies at companies including DigitalThink (now Convergys), Arista Knowledge Systems, Sybase, and IBM. Josh's education includes a B.S. in engineering from Cornell University, an M.S. in engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

Victoria A. Lipnic was named Acting Chair of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission by President Donald J. Trump on January 25, 2017. She began her service as a Commissioner of the EEOC in April 2010, having been confirmed by the Senate for an initial term ending on July 1, 2015. In November 2015, she was confirmed by the Senate for a second term ending on July 1, 2020. Acting Chair Lipnic has brought to the EEOC a breadth of experience working with federal labor and employment laws. From 2002 to 2009, she served as the U.S. Assistant Secretary of Labor for Employment Standards, where she oversaw the Wage and Hour Division, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, the Office of Workers' Compensation Programs, and the Office of Labor Management Standards. Since joining the Commission, Acting Chair Lipnic has played a key role in a wide variety of Commission activities and policies. Immediately upon her arrival, she was integral in the Commission's development of regulations under the bipartisan ADA Amendments Act of 2008. Throughout her tenure, she has worked to promote the Commission giving public hearing, and often guidance, to important workplace issues such as the use of leave as a reasonable accommodation under the ADA, employer-provided wellness programs, harassment prevention, and the use of social media in the workplace and big data in employment. In 2014, she helped lead the agency's celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, including organizing an event in Chicago, Illinois, to recognize the pioneering role of female flight attendants in the early enforcement of Title VII's prohibition of sex discrimination. From 2015 to 2016, she co-chaired the EEOC's Select Task Force on the Study of Harassment in the Workplace. She received her B.A. in Political Science and History from Allegheny College and her J.D. from George Mason University School of Law.
