HRPS is governed by a Board of Directors comprising of global thought leaders and senior HR executives who volunteer significant time to oversee the alignment of HRPS activities with the stated Vision, Mission and Strategy. Officers are elected by the HRPS membership. The Executive Committee of the Board — composed of HRPS Officers, Board members and the President and CEO — is responsible for providing and guiding the strategic direction of HRPS.
